Coach Geoff's Fitness: Ep 1



Ep 1- introduce pushups
Ep 2- introduce pullups, chinups, chest ups etc.
Ep 3- introduce core exercises
Ep 4- introduce leg exercises
Ep 5- introduce posterior chain exercises and shoulders/pressing exercises
Ep 6 and beyond- workouts with scalable exercises that beginners through experts can benefit from.
