VItamin D vs. Cancer

Vitamin is the newest vitamin to be enlisted in the battle against cancer. According to the researchers of the Moores Cancer Center, adequate Vitamin D intake may prevent breast and colorectal cancer. Vitamin D - also known as the sunshine vitamin - can be taken from milk, fish and fish liver oils. Exposure to sunlight will also simulate the skin to produce Vitamin D, hence the term sunshine vitamin.
