Take it Inside

Pollution may affect people who exercise outside, according to a study done in the US. Most likely to be affected are people who suffer from heart diseases - so the scientists are cautioning people who exercise in areas with high levels of diesel exhaust and microscopic soot.

Away with Pot Bellies

As if we need one more reason to banish pot bellies. One study conducted by University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center suggested that pot bellies are big indicators of future heart diseases.
According to the study, the bigger the hip-to-waist ratio among men and women, the greater the chances that they will contract heart ailments in the future.
