The
Pectoralis major is a thick, fan-shaped muscle, situated at the upper front of the chest. It makes up the bulk of the chest muscles in men. The Pectoralis minor is a thin, triangular muscle, situated at the upper part of the chest, beneath the Pectoralis major.

- Bench press, with various bench angles (flat, incline, and decline)
- Press up
- Dips
