Milk and Muscles


Research conducted by scientists from McMaster University has found that driking milk after weightlifting boosts muscle mass gain and fat loss, compared to drinking soy or carbo-based drinks.

The study, conducted on 56 men with ages ranging from 18-30, found out that the group that drank milk gained 40% more muscle mass than the soy drinkers and 63% more than those who took carbo drinks.
